Female Songs

1. I had never really listened to either of these songs before now this closely. From Listening to the words I can actually see the message that both of the songs are getting out. the videos also portray the meaning, but make it more visable. the clothes, the background, and the body motions show the message
within themselves.

2. i believe "love is a battlefield" is more meaningful and deeper. the video starts out with the father kicking her out of the house and that to me is the start of the story. as it goes on it follows a clear story line, and i didnt think that "girls just want to have fun" did as much. to me there was more emotion in the other characters also.

3. my song "walk this way" by DMC/Aero Smith is still a little hard to understand to me. in the video its not what you think it would be with aero smith trying to get a girl to walk his way. instead its Aero Smith playing the song with dmc. i think one claim about this song could be the up and comming of rap is shown in this song, and another claim could be the fact that 2 races mix together to play a song, which was very unusual at this time.
