1. What struck me the most is the way that they dressed, and danced. The videos had opposite messages, but the women are both standing up for themselves. In "Girls just wanna have fun", Cindy Lauper just wants to have fun in life while she's young, and will worry about becoming a housewife later. The women are also both rebellious in their videos. In "Love is a Battlefield" Pat Benatar got kicked out of the house, and turned into a prostitute.
2. I think "Love is a Battlefield" had the strongest message because relationships are hard, and they come with problems, and even consequences for your actions.
3. In "Where is the Love" by Black Eyed Peas, they are saying to the world that they are trying to find love in the poor, bad parts of cities. There is so many violence and crimes committed that they do not see the good in people. They are looking for help or guidance to show them the love in the world. Reading this article helped me with my video because it showed me to look at every detail and to better analyze my video.
