1. I think what stood out to me from both of the videos was the fact that the girls were standing up for themselves against the guys. The videos are both very different settings but at some point throughout the video the girls show themselves standing up for women's rights. In the "Girls Just Want To Have Fun" video they are showing that they do not just have to be housewives. They walk by the guys and push they like they own them. Also, in the other video when that girl is yelling for that guy to leave her alone, all the girls gang up on him in protection of the other girl. The part that stood out to me in the reading was that the girls were showing the guys that they did not just have to be housewives as I mentioned before.
2. I think "Love is a BattleField" has a stronger message not only because of the name, but also because of what goes on in the video. I think it gives girls a deeper understanding of what guys can actually do to them. The events that happen are more serious than just showing that girls want to have fun all the time.
3. My video is "head full of doubt, road full of promise" by the Avett Brothers. 2 claims from this video would have to be that something good can come out of any situation and that the world around us is continually changing every day. This definitely helped me in thinking about my own video because reading that article helped me to see how to better analyze my video.
